Customer service is TERRIBLE.
Emil, the "manger" has no business being a manger. He has no respect for customers, and doesn't know how to use their own cashier system; took him over an hour to process a simple return and exchange.
When we requested a full refund (after about an hr of him fumbling back and forth between computers), so we could JUST go home... he proceeded to tell us to leave becaue he couldn't figure out the system.
Will be taking this situation up with corporate and AMEX.
Better off going to Bloomingdales or Macy's where you dont get disrespected, and are treated like a valued customer.
