Sprint Store

Very disappointed with the customer service at the sprint store on the 2nd floor up stairs the food court. I was there on October 13 th 2015 to switch my service from t mobile to sprint as they have 60$ unlimited plan. I spent there 4 hours and the person who was helping me messed up my all service disconnected me from t mobile and tried to put me to sprint which she couldn't do it. So at the end I was with out service for 2 days. I had to get back to T-Mobile and get new service from them and pay as well a reactivation fee. All of this happened due to lack of experience and problem solving skills from the sprint store. I was not happy at all and expecialky after spending 4 HOURS at th mall that day just to go through all this hassle ... Come on are you kidding me ... Who does that just to change lines... Totally unprofessional

Don't get sprint, they have horrible customer service. And insurance too, you're paying more just to have technicians not be able to help you out. Having Tmobile pay my early termination fee is sounding great right now.
