I received a fruit basket as a present for my birthday and at least 60-70% of it was damaged...spoiled old fruits. I didn't notice initially...I also threw a home bday party for me that day....and the guests told me that the fruits smell bad ....etc.
So next day -Sunday- I called the Mount Vernon office and they advised me to call next day - business hours when the shop will open.
Call back Monday - didn't have my order number with me at work so "STEVEN" tells me to call back when I would have my order number. He doesn't even ask my name...address etc.
I call my friend who ordered the fruit basket and she gives me all the details.
Call back multiple times...same guy who puts me on hold until I give up and call back....and then he tell me the order number is incorrect ( when my friend emailed me the whole confirmation email from this guys), he hangs up couple of times....and last time when I call back he lies to me that he can't hear me...but from time to time he replies back....and hangs up again.
I had to call the central office and complain not just about the order but also about this guy.
This is UNACCEPTABLE!

This place is horrible they delivered the fruit basket not bad but the flowers dear god the first set were bad nothing compared to the picture where i placed the order on 1800 flowers then they re delivered and these look even worst, was embarassed my wife said were these meant for a funeral, the 2 delivery guys looked nervous handing it to me i told them not your fault smh never again

Very rude delivery driver. Very unprofessional.

NOT WORTH RATING! Just received a Mothers Day Time for Tea arrangement of rotten pineapples, dried out oranges, soggy chocolate strawberries and missing balloon. My mom was needless to say disappointed. Unable to get in touch with anyone, 1800 Flowers were no help either. Will not be ordering anything through them again.

I was very pleased to work with Graceland for a school fundraiser. Anne Marie was extremely helpful in getting our PTA great pricing and beautiful flowers. She went above and beyond to work with us, showing how much she cares about our community. This was my first time ordering from Graceland and I definitely plan order more flowers from them in the future.
