Horrible service ...GAYLE ZANGHI SAYS ITS AN ITALIAN PRODUCT ...delivers wrong color without informing ..7 months waiting for the correct color to come from CHINA.. Shipment always delays...full of lies ..over charged ..will never recommend her or this place for anyone

If you see this place RUN!!!! Run fast n Run Far! They sell overpriced cheap furniture that falls apart and breaks the same day it's delivered to you. I bought a king size platform bed last month 12/2014 and literally hours later it collapsed on us. When I called the next morning to report the incident I was directed to the manager Tom. Tom said I broke the bed bcuz I moved it. So bcuz I moved the bed it broke? Yes I know this sounds ridiculous. This means I can never toss and turn in the night or even have whoopi with my boyfriend. Wow!!! They sent a tech to temporarily fix it after 3 calls. The bed of course collapse again 3-4 days after that. Technician #2 comes and temporarily fixes it and it lasts for almost 1 month. That's it I've had it! I want my $1600 back! Tom of course insists on sending tech #3 . At this point this bed is useless and how many times are you going to send a tech? My back n neck is hurting from all the times it collapsed in the middle of the night. Tom never offered an exchanged or a refund. Is this where you want to buy your furniture from? I wished I would of read all of these bed reviews prior to purchasing this nightmare of a bed. Tom I'll see you in court ok!

A friend of ours ordered some furniture here last year and recommended we go here and speak to John at the contemporary showroom. I have to say they have a large selection and the general style was very much to our tastes. We found a good living room and dining room set, and John really took care of us, and was very happy to hear that our friend recommended him. He told us we should have the furniture in our house within 72 hours. We went home and later that night their office called us and asked to deliver the next day! Needless to say we were very ecstatic and the next day we had our furniture all set up. Their delivery personnel were nice and quick. Overall, we are extremely pleased, and everyone loves the furniture we picked out!

I made the mistake of buying from Room and Home. Their wretched customer service and store policy will only give you a headache. While buying the furniture they seem as if they care about the customer and promise some of the best services around but its all a ploy for you to buy from them. Once you get the sofa in your house it becomes your problem. Our couch that we got a week and a half already sags on one side of the sofa and is uneven when we got the customer service they said that it was perfectly fine and that it wasn't thier fault. They offered to replace the cushion and said they will call us back....... It has been already 2 weeks that we have been calling non stop. They seem like they care but its all just a ploy. They continuously promise things and yet have yet to deliver. It's amazing that they are still in business.
