I stopped in and had some keys made one of the four was done wrong

This was my first time at this location. The store had the products that I was looking for. The clientele and much of the staff were "hey how YOU doin!?" loud, obnoxious Italian contractors. The cash registers in the front are commingled with other business services, making it confusing and disorienting for someone who just wants to buy a few things. I also overheard anti-Semitic slurs from someone who was speaking way too loudly and openly his feelings.

I don't think that I'd shop here again, given that I'm not a loud, obnoxious Italian contractor. I'll stick with the more professional hardware establishments on Washington.
