I met Zerach several years when he and two other Sefer Scribes came to register our Torah with Machon Ot from Israel. I was deeply impressed by all three, by their level of learning and commitment. Since then Zerach has supplied me with some materials to repair some damage to my Torah and also has provided many Mezuzot for a program we have at our Shul in Fort Lauderdale as well as other learning materials.
I feel blessed to know him and have him as a resource and I dare say friend.
