The staff is very helpful and courteous. I was shopping around with my mother and trying to help her make up her mind about wearing hearing aids for a long time. I am glad that Mark Zelnick's office was our final choice. We received personal attention and were provided detailed information about her hearing loss and our options with hearing aids. Prices were lower than any other place and the hearing aid evaluation was free. Now I can communicate to my mom even over the phone. She can't believe that she was so resistant to hearing aids before.
