With all honesty why are shirts made in India with their logo ranging from $75-$125? The t-shirts are totally out of shape. The sleeves are too long, the buttons don't lie against the button holes. They are soft but I wouldn't waste money for the merchandise. The staff speaks French and who knows if they talk about you? I found that a problem. I wanted to purchase boots and felt the cashier doubted I could afford them. What ever---to snotty for me. Good luck Zadig!

I think their vibe is cool, but mostly it's about accessories here. I used to like the meatpacking district. Now I find the area over run with Jersey girls and tourists lost and bewildered or coming from the highline. I love their bags, sales people are cool. Most of their stuff is great, it's expensive, but hey it's a boutique, and it should be. The coats are usually cool as well. I think I have two of them. Nice store.

This review is about the Mercer store in Soho, NYC.
I really like this brand but the reason why I am writing this review is because of the excellent costumer service I find every time I go to the Soho store. One time, a ring I purchased broke and they immediately replaced it for me.
They are very attentive and polite. It’s a real pleasure to shop at places like this one.

Nice fabrics, pretty colors. But the logo smacks of Armani Exchange an the words and designs on apparel smack of Ed Hardy a bit.
And who puts studs on the butt of jeans and a bathing suit??? That's gotta hurt.
And when you spend $900 on a jacket (gift, not on sale) and the smallest size isn't small enough, all they'll give you is a store credit. (48 hours laters!). I guess the French haven't heard of building a loyal following by providing a positive customer experience.
Will never shop there again.
Word to the wise: Never buy anyone a gift from there unless they try it on in front of you.
