Yummy Yummy Chinese Restaurant

I am a security guard at a building where the delivery man came. He gives me a menus and I thought it would be good to order dinner. So I called and wanted to place a order. The women said please come and get it at the store. I said to her your delivery man was just her. She replies you come and get it. So I hung up and came to the conclusion that they are stupid and lazy people who are down the block and offer delivery but try to get you to come to the store and get it.

I like there quick service and their chicken wings

Have known the owners for some time now. When I place an order, it's prepared in a decent amount of time. The quality of the food when I have ordered has been excellent.

This establishment tends to be very rude and disrespectful to the customers they serve. I have given them the reason of the doubt many times; by brushing off the blatant disrespect shown when they have gotten a part of an order incorrect multiple times, as either phone issues; them being overwhelmed by orders, or a miscommunication of some sort. However, after five times of being yelled at and told I'm the one that said the wrong thing and, the receptionist/ order taker, not taking any responsibility for not hearing orders correctly... I have had enough!
No one should continue to spend their money with people who feel that you should not be shown common courtesy as a customer... no as a HUMAN BEING, because they feel that the mistake was entirely on you not them. I am refusing to ever spend my money with this restaurant again. What they need to do is put someone on the phone who has etiquette...or better yet call Khangrai Sushi and listen to how their receptionist handles situations when a mistake has been made.
These people are NASTY! They brought back my money and took their food and didn't return my tip though....but that's the last dollar they'll be getting from this black woman. GOOD RIDDENS

I placed an order for a lunch special and asked that it be delivered. I only live down the street but I didn't feel like getting dressed to visit them, as I was in the midst of doing things in my home.

They called back half an hour after I placed the order and gave me a hard time about having it delivered because there was a $10 minimum delivery charge. They didn't mention anything about a minimum delivery charge at the time I'd placed the order.

I told them to forget it and I'd order it from a Chinese restaurant that wouldn't give me a problem with making a delivery, and they told me that I had to take it because they already made it.

Needless to say, I doubt I'll patronize them in the future, which is unfortunate as their food is quite good.
