It just doesn't get any better than Yumcha Yoga in Flushing. The best teachers, a wide variety of classes in a pristine environment. Give them a try and they will soon become your second home.

Yumcha is the best yoga studio in New York!

I've been taking Power Yoga classes here for over a month and my stamina, balance, and flexibility has increased dramatically. The teachers are helpful and friendly. The owners are community-minded and have created an inviting environment for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. Best of all, Yumcha is located in Flushing, NY -- the heart of a new cultural movement that is transforming America.
