Hours state that they are open from 8:00AM-4:00PM on Tuesdays and apparently that is a huge lie because I cannot get in contact with anyone to schedule an appointment which is kind of urgent for me. It would be great if their receptionist or whoever answers their phones were actually there because I have been calling for the past hour and a half. The doctors are great it and I love going there because of the history my family has with them, but it would just be great if they had a decent receptionist that can actually answer the phone

The practice is run by Dr. Bok and her daughter Dr. Song, we go to Dr. Song, and have had experience with Dr. Bank (another doctor in the practice) and Dr. Bok as well, all of them are very personable, professional and great doctors.
Dr. Song has a very friendly, smiling and professional manner, she was referred to us, and we've in turn referred her to friends as well.
The office is very very busy, and wait times often run to an hour even with appointment, I hope this can be improved.
