Yo Yoga! is a totally attitude free yoga studio with uniformly excellent instructors and an unfussy atmosphere. Great for yogis (or aspiring yogis) of all levels, ages and body types.

Years ago I bought a Groupon for this place..and even though I moved to Brooklyn..I still go!
Clean. Challenging classes mixed with great Basic and Candlelight services.

Every time I leave Yo Yoga! I feel energized and refreshed. The classes are generally on the small side which leads for better directions from the instructors who are friendly and knowledgeable. The Open Level classes are challenging and the Beginner Level classes are great for people who are just learning or who need to work on their breathing and form. I highly suggest taking an outdoor class-- it is a perfect thing to do on a Sunday afternoon to prepare for the upcoming week.
