STAY AWAY!!!! I will never spend my money here ever again.

I rode in the back and placed my helmet on my bike and walked into the showroom. After I purchased my items I came back out and my visor was strategically broken in not one but two places, and then placed back so when I picked it up it would look like I did it. I go inside to find out what happened the sales rep tried to sell me a new helmet. This place is not for people with character.

Great experience. I researched and called several dealerships to find the best price for a scooter. Kenny checked the stock, offered me a very fair price for a 'last year's model (which was fine with me). I asked him if he could go $100 lower and he politely said no, and that was it. He emailed me the invoice the night before so I could look it over. The next day he picked me up from the LIRR station, had paperwork completely filled out and bike shined up and ready to go. The entire process took 15 minutes.

I can only speculate that if you are NOT sure of exactly what you want, Kenny would be equally as courteous and non-pressuring in showing you around. Thanks for taking the 'sleazy' out of salesmanship. I really appreciated the help, and am looking forward to riding my beautiful new scooter.
