Chris is an excellent personal trainer and truly cares about his clients’ needs. My wife and I signed up to do some sessions with Chris six months before our wedding date – wanted to look our best for our big day! And boy Chris made us look good! I won’t disclose my wife’s details (she’d kill me) but I lost 20 pounds and put on some serious muscle. Looked and felt great! Chris’s program was a great challenge – I knew every session was going to be physically draining but the pain was worth it and the results show. Can’t recommend Chris and X 93 Fitness enough.
