Jordan in customer service was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Verizon in Bayonne has been a lifesaver in technology use for me, an amateur. I would recommend all Verizon patrons to stop by for a lesson in cellular phone use, as well as iPods and tablets.

My experience with the Verizon store in Bayonne on Broadway was excellent. I was assisted by Adali who is most comfortable to work. Her expertise was superb and her way of explaining things were very easy to comprehend. She made all aspects of the session enjoyable. I can only speak of Adali in superlatives!!!!
Adali is a glowing asset to. Verizon.

Adali is the greatest she has a great way with the customer absolutely one of the most caring especially with people learning.
Also when Jordan asked what we were trying to do he took the time to get it right for me . Jordan is very caring it is with great anticipation that I look forward to returning to this store.
