Excellent experience with sales help as we had to change order very late in process. The installation went extremely well with the lead in staller answering all our questions, moving furniture and cleaning up after job was finished. With the exception of a new, beautiful floor one could not tell that the installation was done that same day!

After ordering a carpet and runner 7 weeks ago i am still waiting for the delivery. It takes forever to get a hold of anyone in the store and their manager is not interested in resolving issues like this. Customer service is not helpful and rude.

This place was great. We had a wonderful experience with them from start to finish. Very accommodating and pleasant from beginning to start. The installation process was perfect. Great service and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful flooring, the staff and installation team were nothing but professional. They were patient when I had unavoidable delays in construction and worked with me when I decided to change the layout at the last minute. I compared pricing for the tile with other tile stores in the area and their price couldn't be beat. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for nice looking floors at wholesale pricing.
