If you are looking for outstanding customer service and a company that stands by it's word, Floor Expo is it. My wife wanted to get rid of the carpet in our Master bedroom and we met with Debbie Segreto one of the sales representative. Debbie knew all her products and helped us decide what would be best for our needs. We decided to go with a wood Laminate floor, Debbie went above and beyond and is a true professional in flooring. The price and quality products met all our expectations. Besides the sales and purchase, We have to give a A+ rating to the installer Baltazar a master at what he does and a true professional. Really an amazing experience. Huge store with a large selection of floors. Our sales associate Oscar was very knowledgeable and quite funny. The price agreed upon was the best offer from all the contractors and other flooring stores. Every step until the installation was communicated to me from the manager to the owner of the store, Eric Olgun. They took time to talk to me about my concerns and put my mind at ease. They made me feel like an VIP. The installer, Balthazar, was a kind and hard-working individual. He installed my floors beautifully, and made sure to clean up along everything. I would recommend Floor Expo to anyone looking to do a remodeling of their floors because it was a top notch experience. Thanks to the whole crew over at Floor Expo and I love my new floor!

Nothing but positive things to say about Floor Expo. What sets them apart is their genuine concern for customer satisfaction. From Day 1, they made sure I was well informed about all the hardwood flooring options, so that when the time came, I made the correct choice. Plus, they were always willing to answer all my little questions, at anytime. That is customer service at its best. In the end, I settled for the exotic Brazilian Tigerwood, and couldn't be happier. It was delivered on time as promised. You guys were definitely worth the one hour drive!

Floor Expo is great! Bought carpet for my family room and vinyl wood plank flooring for my mudroom. What a great experience from beginning to end. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful, especially Oscar and Sabina. We needed everything installed quicky due to a move, and the whole process from choosing what we needed, to complete installation took only 4 days! Everyone worked so quickly to be sure everything was installed before the move. You will never get that personal service anywhere else! The installers came right on time and were truly professional. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again for future purchases and will recommend them to family and friends.
