We just had my daughters Bat Mitzvah at Windsor Hall- an absolute hidden gem in Teaneck, attached to World of Wings. The space is beautiful, and the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating right from the initial tour and planning, perfect recommendations for food and music, so many helpful details right through the actual event! I have been getting such wonderful feedback from my guests, most impressive is how both the adults and the children were entertained all night long. Thank you so much Lisa and Joanne for making Rachels day so very special!

Overall i was disappointed with this establishment :(
The best part of the museum was the section with live reptiles...
this section however was also disappointing.. some of the tanks had no labels on them at all and the ones that did... didnt supply much information about the animals.
The line to get into the atrium was long and when you got inside there was not to many butterflies :(
the rest of the "museum" includes play areas for kids... all areas were not maintained well (pieces were broken or missing). You had to pay extra to use the bouncy items and scooters and arcade games(which covers more than 1/2 the place) there were a lot of party rooms but to me it was just a lot of wasted space.
Also 4 things that highly disappointed me was... 1. The limited amount of sanitizer dispensers and the few that were there empty. 2. The glasses for the 3d movie had no way of being cleaned between guests(luckily I walk around with purell wipes) 3. The carpets were filthy And stained. And 4) I didn't see a lot of staff and the few I did come across did not seems thrilled to be there.

This place is an indoor amusement park with an atrium and a few varieties of butterflies and moths. It has an incubating room where pupas can be observed behind two windows on a narrow hallway. No one is available to explain what is going on there. There is an impressive collection of live reptiles behind glass. The remaining 50% of space is a filled with an impressive array of high-tech video games, party rooms, child activity rooms and the ever-present gift store. Most displays are set at heights that an average 6 year old cannot see into comfortably. Even the water fountains are set too high. A kids climbing wall is commendable. I visited on a weekday afternoon and it was not crowded.
Kids will love the place because of the amusements. As for observing many varieties of butterflies in a natural environment it is very disappointing. The Bronx Zoo it is not.

I celebrated my Daughter's 4th birthday at WOW in the Princess Rock Room this Saturday and it was awesome. The kids loved it. I booked it with Kevin who was very accommodating. The kids experienced a show and tell with lizards, snakes and other small reptiles. They got to do a scavenger hunt and learn about the reptiles in the exhibit hall, they bounced in the bouncy house and splashed in the ball pit after rock climbing using a rope. Then, we went to the party room which was beautifully decorated and had instruments the children could play. The children were served very good pizza just their size and apple juice. We ordered extra pizza for the adults which was the same price as if ordered ourselves. After pizza the children experienced the bubble room, black and white room, Thomas the Train exhibit and then were called in to sing happy birthday. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Leigh was sweet, entertaining and kept the kids interest at all times. Tina who assisted us with all the party details was attentive and always checked in on us to ensure all was going well. With all the excitement I forgot my purse at the WOW and Tina held it for me and waited for us to come and get it after hours the next day. That is what I call service. Nothing was lost. I was at first concerned with the price of the party but in the end it turned out to be just fine for 17 kids and a bunch of adults. The kids under 2 did not pay and it was stress free and lovely. I'm so happy that I made the party here. I highly recommend to all parents to go to WOW as it is a safe place for children of multiple ages where they can not only learn but also play in one place. The regular admission price is not bad for a place with so much for the children to do. It is not any more expensive than the cost of a movie or one of those bouncy house places but you get a lot more. Thank you WOW for making my daughter's birthday extra special and for giving us piece of mind.

- Very Good #64050
We were excited when this place finally opened, as I drove past it many times and saw the sign which said "coming soon". I took my 12 year old daughter and her friend. I would NOT recommend this place for that age, they were too old. It is more suitable for children under 7.

As for its value, today the atrium was free. Thank goodness, because the museum and atrium are separate prices which can cost $22 for an adult. Also, just about everything else (Bounce House, iCafe, ride simulator, glamour area, etc.) is EXTRA!! The cost adds up quickly!! The girls had ice cream there too, which was good but very pricey ($14 for a medium with 3 toppings and a large with 2).

On a positive note, the place IS beautiful. The museum is interesting and the atrium has some beautiful and colorful butterflies. Parking is free and plentiful.

I think for a young child it is definitely worth a visit. Just not sure at these prices it is worth more than one visit.
