Clear and straight to the point. I only give a 4 because or their lack of varied rental weapons. They need a 1911 for rental. They have plenty for sale. The inexperienced customer needs to understand the feel. Not just glocks.

So an off duty New York Police officer walks in to Woodhaven rifle and pistol range to purchase a magazine. One of the magazines fail to feed on multiple occasions. So mos return to the store and expressed his dissatisfaction and concern. The store clerk and owner absolutely refused to check the operability of the magazine and also refused to exchange the Mag for a functioning one. Please pass this on to your LEO family and loved ones. In light of recent events a LEO or law abiding citizen with a faulty Mag would probably end up dead.
