The facility and staff was absolutely amazing! Very kind, professional , and welcoming. The room in which i got my ultrasound done felt like home and the Dr was so friendly.I even received a flower whn i was exiting the building.

July 2011....My insurance paid $1,099.07 today , February 11, 2014, I received a call from this place reminding me that I need to get a mammogram and bone density I told them that i just got it from another place,they got upset and they hung up on me, three minutes later i received another call from some person that spoke spanish and she said that i had an unpaid balance ,I told her that i would like to make 2 payments for the balance of $351.93 she refused and said if I don't pay the complete balance in that moment they will send me to the collection department, she was very mean and unprofessional and the only reason they did that was because they were very pissed off because my primary doctor send me to another place.They treated me with a lot of ilegal threats i think that this place belongs to Dr. Donatto Russo who has a very low review especially the people that work with him.
