Dr Donato Russo

Today was my first time going to this office, and I would highly recommend this ob to anyone. My last ob was terrible, I had to go for a visit every 4 months. I had no idea that you only had to for an annual check up once a year. I felt very comfortable, and I am very happy I found this place.

I'm a big chicken when it comes to seeing doctors and dentist when I found out I was pregnant with my first child I saw a female OB in his office who is no longer there but with my second child I saw dr Russo and I'm so happy I did he made me feel very comfortable allowed me to understand everything (i was going to have another csection) i would highly recommend this dr to anyone. Staff is great as well

The staff is very professional and friendly. I never have to wait long to be seen, and its always pleasant. I trust Dr. Russo and will recommend him to every one. In my eyes he is a true professional.

I will never go to this doctor again. After becoming pregnant, I was told I couldn't make an appointment to be seen yet because the girl who checks insurances was on vacation. I had to wait until she came back to check to make sure my insurance covered my pregnancy so that I could have an ultrasound done. My primary wouldn't cover it but my secondary would. He didn't want to have to do the little extra work to re-submit it to my secondary insurance after my primary denies the claim, so he dropped me just like that. Didn't even bother to call me to tell me he dropped me. WORST PROFESSIONALISM EVER. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Russo is one of the worst OBGYN's in the state. As others have said is office staff is extremely rude. My boyfriend came with me to an appointment once and he almost broke the front window after one of the girls through my test results at me causing them to fall all over the floor. Dr. Russo never knows whats going on I recall once I came in for an appointment and sat in the exam room for almost an hour while three different nurses opened the door and said oh sorry I didn't know anyone was in here. The office is very unclean and it is always very busy. Sometimes you have to wait for an half hour to hour after your scheduled appointment time to be seen. Did I mention the office girls are a bunch of b**ches. I hate to use that kind of language but when you hire a bunch of high school drop outs who treat the practice as if a job is just a job and they are just there for the paycheck then what you get is garbage. Please ladies go somewhere else where they will treat you with dignity.
