This office for starters is aesthetically very unattractive to walk into their waiting room looks like a 'cheap' hotel from the 80's. You don't know if its a dermatology office or an obgyn's office. The wallpaper is stained, the furniture is dirty.The front desk staff is disorganized and unfriendly. They keep you waiting on the phone for excessive periods of time. Then when you go into the back to the exam rooms, the drop ceilings are missing panels with electrical wires hanging out and water stained rotten drop ceiling. With waste paper baskets in the middle of the hallway where patients come and go catching drops of water leaking through their ceiling. Wet water spots on their carpet from something unknown leaking in the hallway. The patient bathroom in the waiting room had no hand soap nor toilet paper,and to boot the light bulb was out and when I let the front desk staff know it took them atleast 30 minutes to actually fix it. There are constant problems with their computers and phones. It takes forever to have anyone of the nurses to return your calls, its like pulling teeth. The front desk staff is very unfriendly to speak to over the phone. Over all this office is an embarressment and very poorly run. I would not refer anyone to this office!I wouldn't even give them one star if this page allowed me to! The staff seems miserable,over worked and under payed. Its a joke!
