Wizard of Bras

Super nice and helpful sales people! They actually know what they're doing, they knew my size and I got an incredibly comfortable bra that fit in like 5 minutes!

I was tentative about going to WOB after reading the reviews but I decided to go for it anyway because I heard that they had a great selection of bras. I went to get undergarments for my wedding dress. I am busty and the dress is strapless so I needed something that would hold me up, keep me comfortable and stay hidden. They were great! They went as far as putting down a sheet in the dressing room to keep my dress from picking up threads or dust. They found me the the perfect undergarment because they listened to my needs and concerns. I say great customer service and a great selection. It is too bad that those who have a great experience at WOB are less likely to post than those who have not. I guess those who have not need a place to vent. I also agree with JDess, there is a large sign above the register that clearly reads "All Sales Final".

Bought 3 bras and a bathing suit here this past weekend. Staff was helpful and patient. No one pressured me to buy anything and the saleswoman went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my choices and didn't hesitate to tell me when something didn't appear to fit well even if it was comfortable. I left there with 3 bras and a swimsuit I love.

There is a large sign behind the register that says "All Sales Final". I would certainly hope so- I wouldn't want to think I might be buying an undergarment or swimsuit that who-knows-who wore for a week and returned. And after the time the salesclerks spend fitting the customers I find it hard to believe anybody leaves here with a bra that they don't want.
