The entire staff is very helpful and courteous. Good selection of hardware on its 2 floors, although obviously not nearly as big as a Lowe's or Home Depot. It's a great neighborhood store.

It's a rare visit when you walk in the door and someone doesn't ask if you need help. They have one of everything, and some things they have two of. I have often sent my wife with a vague description of what I need, and they pretty much always are able to ascertain what I need and get the stuff for her.
They also carry Benjamin Moore paint, which is all we will use on our walls. I never have to wait for service.

Was looking for a hard-to-find replacement filter for my vac, and the associate on the phone went above and beyond the call of duty. He even recommended another store in the area that I didn't know existed, who did have what I was looking for. Made my search much easier. Would definitely patronize this Ace Hardware.
