I went to Verizon with a problem with my old samsung galaxy and they gave me an iphone 4 s as a loaner! I'm extremely thankful to the very polite and help ful young man that helped me! Would recommend anyone to go to this store with any problem you have!

My experiece @ Wireless Zone in Clifton, NJ was excellent. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Stellar and really needed to know how to navigate around its many applications. Julian Carrera spent two hours explaining each aspect of the phone to me. He was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable about this product, and he was very patient! I highly recommend Wireless Zone in Clifton, NJ.

I've dealt with many wireless phone companies over the years and would definitely recommend this store. First off, use only Verizon service if you want to have good coverage. I was concerned that maybe I wasn't getting all of the discounts that i would get at a company store. So I checked. Yep, got all the discounts and the best deal available. After that, I have been very impressed with the level of customer service. I stopped in with a problem on how to use some of the features of my new phone and got friendly and expert service ... with a smile! The company stores I've used before were fine, but did't go the extra mile in service. If you like Verizon, then use these guys.

Amazing service! Great people! Thank god I went somewhere small, where everyone is customer service oriented, and are actually willing to listen and try and help instead of saying "call customer device" like I've gotten at the corporate stores!
