Schumacher Chevrolet of Clifton

After you purchase a vehicle from this dealership they won't return your calls. Then they want to overcharge for unnecessary repairs. How did I like the car? Chevy automobiles are very overrated. Ford is much better. I can't believe their service department is closed Saturdays.

We've taken the car a few times for unnecessary services, before heading out Florida, we've taken the car for an "inspection" to make sure the car was good to go and the tune-up. Guess what happens? The car breaks down in Florida! Took the car to a Chevrolet dealer in Florida, the manager states if Schumacher did the inspection and tire rotation, they would notice there's a leak in the brake system! The battery was not in a good stance as well! Paid out of pocket for the damages! Schumacher service mechanic assured my husband is good to go! A few days after they serviced the car, the sensor for the tires light up! My husband calls and they state they were closing early! Plus they also need etiquette with Customer Service!!!! The only person who has common sense is the receptionist!!! After this review BBB will be contacted as well.

I leased my car from crane chevrolet which was at that location.. so far i have had no problems that was not taken care of quickly.. NO PROBLEMS!

My salesperson Anthony Eagan was excellent. He found the car I wanted and had it delivered to the dealership in Clifton. He walked me through the entire cars options and how they worked. The Business Manager Joseph Mastbeth was great in helping me with finalizing the deal along with General Manager Tom Healy. I purchased the 2015 Chevrolet Malibu from this dealership and was glad I did In August.

They won't sell unless your happy with the deal
