Soooooo I go to the eye doctor this morning.. 8:58 am to be exact. Get called to get my eyes checked out, 10 minutes later after that I'm told to wait for the eye doctor in a room by myself. An hour goes by... an hour and 15... then, an hour and 20..I get up ask the lady who checked my eyes "is everything is ok? Because, no one has checked up on me nor apologize on the doctor's behalf for being late" this lady  goes and says "excuse me? Me apologize? Why should I have to apologize?" 
 I asked her for her name, had her repeat it, then i went back into the room to grab my belongings, walked to the front where she was about to call the next person and stop her right there to make  my statement and it went like this...excuse me ladies and gentlemen I've been here since 8:50, I was told to wait for  a doctor, and after, an hour and 20 minutes of not hearing from him I was concerned and asked for at least a reason or an apology on the doctor's behalf for not being on time but "Rosie" then lady who checked my eyes felt the need to state that she didn't feel she had to apologize and didn't understand why she would to be at fault. I then looked at "Rosie" and told her she will never get my services that she was very unprofessional to not have checked up on me or given me a notice that the doctor would be late..."Rosie" then replied with a "thank you". I for sure knew that that was my cue to get the hell out of there, I went back into that empty room grabbed my belongings and headed straight to the exit making sure to let the rest of the patience know that the doctor is more than an hour late. Half of the patients got up  Screaming because they had to be at work at 11 smh.

I have been with this doctor for years, i go to him cause hes close to him but his receptionist has always been on my bad side, the doctor takes for ever and when he comes in hes quiet the entire time. Taping on his laptop... chevks you in 10min then thats it.... to serious and never seen him smile. Now the girl that takes you to check she WONDERFUL LOVELY LADY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. I GO TO this doc cause like i said hes the one that has seen me since day one but if i could find a faster n nicer eye doctor i would switch in a blink of an eye!

This office is the worst office ever and the staff there are so unprofessional, the receptionist look like she hates her job but she doesn't have another choice then to be rude to patient....ny daughter had an appointment and when I called to schedule it I told the receptionist there that I needed at 9am when I got there, the receptionist at the front is telling me that is at 11:30 and that they called to confirm the appointment, like Italk to them and say ok for them to change it...I wouldn't recommend this place to none of my family members nor my friends or anyone else I know, because they do not know what professionalism is.... That's why I took my daughter to me eye physician at CLIFTON EYE CARE....

The receptionist at this office is third rated uncivilized and highly unprofessional lady. If you ask a question she gets easily agitated as if she is a dictator. I don't think I would ever want to go to such office because such attitude would come from Dr himself otherwise he would hire a professional. The doctor is always late. He does not care for patient's time. He schedules appointment for so many people at the same time. My father was scheduled at 9:00am on the day after his surgery. He came at 11:00. This was the 2/2 times he was that late.
