I don't know why there is a such a long wait every time, but all of my family members tend to wait 2 hours in the waiting room and then and hour before we see the doctor, who spends about 2 minutes with us. It might be scheduling, or it might be that the doctor just doesn't think our time is valuable (which seems to be the case, because I've seen him strolling in at 10:30 when appointments start at 10).
The only good thing about this place is the huge selection of frames they have, and the people who work there (besides Dr. Winfield). They're extremely friendly and helpful (especially the girl at the front desk and the guy who does glasses).
I would avoid this place at all costs... unfortunately, we have to go here because of insurance.
