Wine Castle

I REALLY HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE. I PARTICULARLY LOVE THE FACT THAT IT IS NO SO BIG AND THEREFORE I DO NOT GET LOST INSIDE. ALL THE WINE SELECTIONS ARE THE BEST AT THE MOST AFFORDABLE PRICES COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES I HAVE BEEN TO. PEOPLE ARE NOT RUNNING AFTER YOU AS IF YOU WERE GOING TO STEAL SOMETHING. THEY ASKED ME TO FEEL FREE TO ASK THEM FOR HELP IF I NEEDED IT. IT WAS VERY NICE BECAUSE I HAD THE FREEDOM TO LOOK IN ALL THE SHELVES WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE TO BUY AND GET OUT LIKE IN OTHER PLACES. ANOTHER GREAT THING IS THAT THEY HAVE A FREE "WINE CASTLE" REWARDS CARD THAT GIVES 3%. I HAVE SAVED LOTS OF MONEY WITH MY REWARDS. I REALLY ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO TRY THIS GREAT PLACE. EVEN THE NAME IS LOVELY.

I was not impressed with my first, and likely last, visit to this store. The coupon that lured me there boasted "large selection of wines" and "helpful, knowledgeable staff." I found neither to be true. I asked for a recommendation for a sauvignon blanc, and none of the three staff members there really knew what that was. First they debated whether this would be a white wine,then they lined up and pointed out every bottle of white wine to me. I was also looking for a pinot noir, and there was none...
