I could not do any worse than the Window Warehouse. They were messy, unprofessional, and irresponsible. I am still having problems with the low quality windows that were installed. I now have to go through the manufacturer to get these windows repaired. Jani is a no call, no show, no return call type of installer. In my 8 years as a homeowner, NY Window Warehouse was the worst contractor I have ever used. I would like to give a no star review but 1 star is the lowest rating I can give.

Do NOT do business with this place. Jani Duro took our deposit, did NOT deliver or install the doors we contracted for, did NOT even call or explain, and has refused to return the deposit. We have DCA on the case and will pursue this through to the end. There is NOTHING professional or ethical about Window Warehouse. This is a complete ripoff. The storefront is tiny, ill equipped and totally a sham. Anyone posting positive reviews here is a phony.
