Best carwash around and a great value.

I needed to have my car that I was selling detailed (was really in sad shape) and a used car I was buying detailed (mostly to get 7 years of smoking out from previous owner. Really horrible). I knew I was going to be dropping $300-$400 total wherever I went so I wanted to speak to the owner first to make sure my cars would receive some personal attention. I read about the Customer Service at Willowbrook Car Wash so I went there just to meet the owner first. The day I went I met Joe Sr. Nicest guy. Literally spent 20 minutes with me chatting and looking at my vehicle I was selling. He was so honest he recommended doing LESS than what I wanted done, assuring me my Honda Accord would sell quite easily. When I picked up my car I barely recognized it! Looked so good I ended up selling it for $800.00 more than I was originally asking.

The car I was buying was great except it stunk from cigarettes. Really bad. When I brought that car in I met the other owner, Joe Jr. Also the nicest guy. Had him smell the inside of the car and asked if the detailing would get the smell out. He promised they would do the best job of anyone and that no matter what, the smell would not be completely gone. Again I appreciated his honesty. He also advised me of things I could do afterwards to curb the smell. Bottom line, the new used car literally looked NEW and the cigarette smell was dramatically diminished. A couple Fabreeze for car vents and you would not even know a cigarette was ever in the car. Bottom line: The service provided my cars was impeccable. As important: the Honesty, Professionalism and Customer Service provided to me by owners Joe Sr. and Joe Jr. was exceptional.

Five stars. Best service ever, Joe the owner is phenomenal. When I got there before I even got out of my car he came to greet me personally and by first name. Been to other detailers and he charges less than they do but he gives you more service hands down. Would definitely recommend him to everyone I know. Good job Joey, see you soon you have a customer for life.

It was the worst car wash I ever had. There were dirty spots everywhere. The staff spent very little time drying my car. I will never go back again.

I wanted to let others know how pleased I was with Willowbrook Car Wash. I had gotten my car washed there (just the lowest priced one) and I was very pleased with how clean it was afterward. Then I purchased a Groupon for three Platinum (their more comprehensive wash with RainX, tire shine, etc.) The car came out even more beautiful! When I went back for the 2nd Groupon wash, there was a problem redeeming it from my cellphone. I paid cash after washing the car and was told by a very polite employee to let the Manager Joe, straighten out the trouble. Joe was extremely polite and kind and took the time to make sure I was reimbursed for the Groupon that didn't redeem correctly and make sure I would get the credit to wash my car again through the "G" app on my cellphone.
