I can see my Therapist and Psychiatrist back-to back in the same location. Dr Selling coordinates my appointments and my Wellness between my providers.

Why 4 stars? Because I believe we all skip over the 5 star reviews assuming they are not real - I know I do - so 4 is awesome for me!

Normally I would never write about my therapy experience but living in NY my whole life has taught me its ok to be in therapy; everyone else is too. My experience at this practice has been second to none. From the jump, my initial call was answered in an hour. I was set up with a wonderful Dr and feel so lucky to have this establishment blocks from my home. The offices are gorgeous but tasteful but more importantly the team seems to set themselves apart from my prior therapy experiences.

To start i am not a big contributor to Yelp, however I must confess I read reviews regularly. I suppose the outfit of Williamsburg Therapy has been the catalyst of change in myself that has now brought me to share. All metaphors aside nothing in my recent years has elicited such a positive outcome in my life. Therapy is very personal and it's one's own journey. No one can deny that. I feel it's safe to say that WTG provides the structure to help anyone grow or discover their personal development. Therapy for me has always been a form of spiritual practice- getting to know oneself in a clear way. My therapist provides a clean mirror to reflect all that needs to be seen.

Like any restaurant, management starts at the top. An angry owner leads to eventually getting served by a jerk. Nothing but the opposite can be said here. I initially spoke with Dr. Selling who exudes warmth and understanding. Although I wasn't able to see him due to our conflict of schedules, he make it quite clear that I would be in good hands with one of the other Drs. My therapy is now served by one of the kindest I've ever shared with.

The quality of the staff at Williamsburg Therapy Group is wonderfully complemented by their evident enjoyment of their work, and a warm regard for other colleagues and patients, which can be perceived as soon as you step into the building. These obviously translates in excellent, significative and motivating psychotherapy and psychiatric consultation.
