The service is horrible.. They never answer the phones.. The waiting time to be seen by the doctor is a long wait.. Its been like that for years..They really need to make some changes.

The wait and service is horrible, theres a new doctor every six month(when ask for the last doctor you seen,they left) the last 2 visits my son got sick pacifically after we came from the doctors they need to disinfect the place better, the call center they use is horrible and can be very unprofressional, my son and i been going here for the last 5 1/2 years,I definitely notice the differences in the last couple yerars

Agonizingly long wait to see doctors. Been coming here for a couple of years. Zero improvement on wait times. Usually about 3 hours. They never answer their phones. Always have to come in person to make appointments. Sad, sad, sad.
