The salon is lovely but the receptionist is incredibly rude. :-( She seems to be overworked and was awful when making the initial appointment for my client. Then she had scheduled her for the wrong date, and proceeded to scoff at her when she went in. She was then extremely rude when I called back to ask if they could do anything to compensate for this mistake and refused to apologize. SOS!

Victoria not only messed up the color, making my hair orange, but she then handed me off to assistants who further fried my hair, after she tried and failed to fix it. My hair is currently FALLING out. When I called to complain, she blamed me, and refused to take any responsibility, saying clients should "respect" her. But, but, my hair is falling out I said... Don't believe the hype. They mask their hair disasters as "trendy." They ignore you and gossip in front of your face. This salon is a nightmare. Please, learn from my mistakes, never go to Whittemore House.

Reagan is absolutely amazing, I am so impressed. I have really thick, puffy, unruly hair that I used to think could only be tamed by a professional blowout or my flatiron. After Reagan worked her magic, I've been doing nothing but air drying. My hair looks incredible and is eliciting tons of compliments. I had no idea my hair could look this good - truly the best haircut of my life! I live in London but will be booking an appointment with Reagan absolutely every time I'm back in NY.

I travel from Washington, DC to New York to get my hair cut at Whittemore House. Regan is fabulous and my hair's not easy -- thick, frizzy, curly and long. I love the salon and everyone is extremely nice and welcoming when I drag my suitcase in after a long schlep from Washington.
