- Very Good #186682

No matter how much time has gone by. When I go to Joa I have always found being welcomed by a genuine and friendly staff, and to me a smile translates good expectation. Manicure and pedicure prices are reasonable!

Joa is super cheap - a manicure is $10 and manicure/pedicure together is around $25. The best price that I have found in the Yorkville/Upper East Side area. Good selection of polish and the ladies are very nice. It is nicer than a lot of places I have gone to that charge $40 for the same service.
