Whelan Adjustment Bureau

The Fragales had a oil spill back in February 2004. Bill Whelan from his company was retained by Andover Insurance Company, Andover Mass. He was assigned to investigate the loss and to assist the Fragales in their trouble time. All Bill did was to ignore the matter untill Mr Fragale contacted him in 2008. He still to this date has refused to assist the Fragales to complete their clean up activities at their home. I just hope that who ever reads this review, thinks hard before letting Whelan Adjustment handle their claim
