dont rent any of 234, 236, 238 East33 rd St properties. The con ed meters are illegally jumped for the building use and the management refuses to fix. Con Ed told me about the issue their inspectors found and said only thing they can do is disconnect service and the building management company does not fix the issue

My bill is always over $275 monthly!

Do not live at their properties. The only thing they do is collect rent. They do not listen or respond to normal tenant maintenance .
