David helped us find the car that we really wanted with both the options and colors of our choice. David was informative and courteous without exerting any pressure or coercion. Wilson followed up, even calling us with updates on his day off. Wilson also spent a lot of time with us once the car came in showing us how to use everything.

I just leased my first car from Westchester Toyota about 3 weeks ago. I decided to go with a 2016 Corolla. While I was there, Francis made the entire process extremely easy for me. I don't know a lot about this type of thing, as I have never had to buy my own car before. However, Francis helped me through the whole interaction. He explained everything clearly and never hid any information from me. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The Corolla is running smoothly, and the dealership gives me regular calls to make sure that everything is going well.
