Coaches and trainers are top notch, really do go out of their way to make you better, THe different levels of classes really helps you advance at your own pace. WFC is with out a doubt Westchester County's premiere MMA gym! The facility is second to none and the cleanest gym I have ever been to, you'll never hear about a case of staph at WFC. You have a different instructor for each discipline, you won't have the BJJ coach teaching muay thai like many other gyms have been known to do. This gym is NO McDojo!

WFC has something to offer every student! The kids program equips kids with the confidence they need, the knowledge to disarm a situation, and defend themselves if need be. The conditioning program is second to none, and perfect for anyone seeking to get in top physical shape; male or female. The instructors have proved the effectiveness of their skill sets, by testing them in the cage, ring, and on the mats on numerous occasions. This isn't a traditional martial arts school suddenly adding "MMA" to the end of their title, with the intention of capitializing on the worlwide explosion of mixed martial arts, and combat sports. WFC is the real deal! They have all an aspiring practitioner needs, Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, MMA, Conditioning, etc. Lastly, it is one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest gyms I have ever seen. I highly recommend WFC to anyone looking for an outstanding MMA Academy and Ultimate Fitness Center.

I’ve looked at a lot of MMA gyms in Westchester and the Bronx, WFC stands out for it’s clean, new equipment, MMA conditioning classes, weight room and laid-back atmosphere. The instructors are amazing and are comfortable working with fighters at every level. The price is comparable to other gyms, which makes it a better deal since you get use of the facilities.
