I sent a dress for dry cleaning with a couple of bad stains. They managed to get them out perfectly. I also sent a very delicate mohair sweater that came back clean and in pristine condition.

I sent my clothes here for wash and fold. My clothes came back eviscerated and shrunken. I went back to get an explanation / complain and the owner took no responsibility for the damage and offered no refund. He told ME not to return.

These people seem to have no affection for the truth. They just plain lie.

If you care about the clothes you send out you may want to sent them somewhere else.
