The same complaint about bad service. Will never be back again. I think I came across the same arrogant lady at the front desk as other people complained about. Pedicure wasn't that good either.

They don't do a good job, the place is nice but that's why it got one star, I gave a tip, it wasn't 15 % I didn't know, but I wasn't happy, why should I tip you if you gave me shitty service, not only that but than this lady comes to me says pay 15 % or else next time you come these ladies will be bad to you... come one are you serious? Who says that? I will never come here agin, I'll go to the Getto and get better service,

This is the most pathetic nail spa you can ever come across. I had 2 back to back experiences where I had booked an appointment.

1st experience when I booked hair appointment and they took me after 1 hour.

2nd time I booked 2 pedicures and when I went in they blatantly denied that I have an appointment and that I had called. I just clearly had made an appointment. At that point, their spa was not busy at all there only 1 client and 3 pedicure staff were free but she still denied.

I would hate to even step in to this place next time due to their lack of customer service. I think this place is clearly racist because if you have 3 staff who is free and still deny service clearly can not have any other explanation.

UNDER ANY COST AVOID THIS PLACE.

I live near by and I was very excited when this place was opened. I have been there a few times. The facility is beautiful, nice variety of services. However, the quality of services is very inconsistent. My last manicure was "awful" therefore I received a coupon for a complimentary manicure for the next time. Next one did not happen because lady at the front desk did not want to recognize my coupon- saying, she doesn't know... anything about it and the manager was not there. Well, I do know... the next time will NEVER happen because I will simply never return. Too expensive, too inconsistent, and too arrogant. They do not care to retain clients. As a client I care for a good service not a great looking facility when I feel like I am interrupting a Korean gossip

I really enjoyed my experience here. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and attended to. All the girls here were very friendly and attentive, especially my manicurist, Grace. A mani and pedi are very reasonablly priced for the cleanliness, serene atmosphere, and friendly service that I received here. I look forward to coming back a second time.
