They do not return clients calls. They do not return Realtor calls. They do not respond back via e-mail or text. I had several prospects looking into properties that the agency had acquired the listings for and I am sorry to say that I feel extremely sorry for the Owners of those properties because they are not getting 200% service that any REAL REALTOR should be giving their clients!
