Service is great here. Don't always have things in stock, but that's to be expected with furniture stores

People who write reviews complaining about customer service are, well, the type of people who go online and complain about poor customer service. Don't let them sway you. They also send their meals back at Denny's.

On Saturday 5/5/2012 at 4:00 p.m. I walked into West Elm along with my family and was completely ignored. There was staff standing all around and not one person said hello or may I help you. However, they looked at us and started to to the customers that were not us. I guess maybe because we were African American, the workers in West Elm do not think we can afford to buy from West Elm merchandise. I will never go in the store again,
