Just 5 minutes walk to Times Square, and sits within the food ave. (and a good 35 min leisure walk to Central Park West,too) Climbing 2 flight of stairs made it difficult for us to bring large luggages up, but it was good exercise . The apartment is simple, comfortable and functional, and had adequate appliances and supplies. The back bedrooms open to empty,lonely verandas overlooking back views of adjacent buildings and a few old trees, giving the space a vintage vibe. But if properly set up, each veranda is spacious enough to hold a romantic dinner or a random party. I actually loved the place ;~)
