It was 11:55pm. My burger was not completely cooked. It was still bleeding and I did not realize it until I got back to my hotel. I tried to call the store and "Silvia" answered the phone and was very rude and than began to act if she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back 8 times and no one picked up. I will notify corporate of this non sense, totally unacceptable
