Poor drive thru customer service. Check your items thoroughly as this Wendy's employees don't. Offering refund once you're home doesn't cut it!

Its been getting worse and worse by the day. The To- Go food is poorly handled and looks very messy. One time it was so bad that i couldn't eat it and I wrote a terrible review to them and the management wrote me an apology letter of an e-mail.
I only ordered one wrap To go today (2bucks!!!??? Wtf! ) and the wrap looked like its been through a War Zone! Next time a nice plain slice for me will do much better. Im done with low quality of services. The 1 star i gave is just being nice, thats all.
