I love the upstairs area

Paid for my food with my debit card, dropped my receipt and the cleaning lady picked it up. I asked her to give it to me she said no tore it in half and put part of the receipt in her pocket. The manager justified it by saying she wanted a number off of my receipt. Shady business.

Most rude and disgusting staff, i went there to buy food but there was a big line there so I decided let me use restroom first, but there was a Jamaican guy standing there said "this is for customers only go buy something first I said it's a big line there let me use restroom then I will buy but he never let me use that so I left and he was saying something in Jamaican like he was saying that I came there to use restroom only and was playing around with him. Then I bought food from next door McDonald's. Most ugly staff I have ever seen. This is on tourist place, I live in nyc but they shouldn't behave like this coz tourist can go back to hotel to use just restroom, their customers must b mostly tourist. My suggestion to tourist. Don't buy food from them.

the food is great but the service staff were the worst ever and unrespectful at all .. i think an order to go is a much better idea than dealing with the staff :)

The exit of the restaurant from 2F to outside was GROSS. There were some coke on the stairs and it's really sticky. The food was pretty good though. I LOVE THEIR LEMONADE! The ghost pepper fries was pretty good because of the cheese I guess. Their chicken nuggets were fine too. Nothing much to say about Wendy's, I mean, they kept the quality!
