Extremely slow service and none of the workers seem to know what they're doing

One of the best fast food chains in Middletown.

After a long flight, a long day, and no solid meals since breakfast, we stopped at this Wendy's last night on our way home from the airport since it is close to our home and the 4 of us were pretty hungry. We ordered 2 kids meals, a salad, and a value meal. We realized after we pulled away from the drive through window that they forgot to put the salad in the bag. (We only checked because this Wendy's has forgotten to give us items a few times in the past and we hadnt realized until we got home.) My husband parked the car and got out to go in the Wendy's and get the salad defeating the purpose of the quick drive through -with having two sleeping kids in the back seat this was annoying. We get home and I open the cap to my son's kids meal milk and the silver tab covering the spout is open half way!!! That explained the wet spot on my jeans from holding the milk in the car. Thank god I noticed this and didn't have him open his milk by himself!!!! Totally gross. Then as I'm halfway done with my salad, I notice a long dark brown hair intertwined in my lettuce and vegetables. I almost threw up right there. Never ever ever going back here and I know my friends and family who basically all live in middletown won't either after I tell them this!!! So disgusted.will be calling the department of health today.

This place used to be a LOT worse than it is now. I've complained to corp. a few times as I've found some strange things with my food. I've never gotten sick though.. I usually find their fries to be cold and sometimes their food, the same. This is for sure not my fave fast food place, but it is decent.
