Frosty spilled on the floor with trash around it. Ketchup not filled. No one to take the order at 9:15 pm. Staff doesnt seem to care at all

I just ordered my meal with a Frosty to go. When I got to the bottom of the Frosty- there was a black hair in the bottom of the cup! I feel like I'm going to throw up! How disgusting- won'tbe going there ever again!
