I came to this place by mistake, but it has turned out to be a blessing, I have lost 24 lbs in a month, I feel soooo much more energy! I used to hate getting out of the house, that is history now. I have even learned how to dance with these guys, they offer this dance classes for free. I am so happy, I thought I would share it with everyone, don't wait for your health to go really bad, I am glad I didn't!

I always have at awesome time with these guys, they have a dance class, tons of nutrition information, people losing weight, gaining muscle, its soooo cool, you have to check this place out!!
